How INTYMA handles the information you share with us.
What we collect
Account information you provide when you create a member account, such as your name and email address.
Interest list information you provide when you join a waitlist, such as your email address and the program you're interested in.
Content you create inside the member portal, such as wellness goals, check-in notes, and journal entries.
Basic usage information needed to keep the platform secure and working.
How your private wellness content is treated
Journal entries, wellness goals, and check-in notes are private to your account. They are not visible to INTYMA administrators in the app, and they are not shared with marketing or analytics tools.
Your private wellness content is not sent to third-party AI providers. No AI feature is active in INTYMA today; if one is introduced, it will be subject to privacy review and you will be told what it does before you use it.
Marketing consent
We only send marketing email where you have given consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Placeholder notice
This policy is a working placeholder published while INTYMA completes its legal review. It will be replaced by a finalized policy, and material changes will be communicated to account holders.
INTYMA does not claim HIPAA compliance without independent verification, and this application is not designed to store psychotherapy records.
